STR Revenue Manager

Great Escapes Homes is looking for a full time virtual assistant to help with STR Revenue Management in Pricelabs. We have a growing portfolio of short term rental properties under management. We manage 20+ listings that book on Airbnb, VRBO, and a direct booking site. For the right candidate part time would be considered if that is desired.

We are looking for someone who has experience with the following software/apps:
- OwnerRez
- AirBnB
- VRBO
- PriceLabs
- Asana
- Google Sheets
- OpenPhone / WhatsApp / GroupMe
- Outlook
- Rankbreeze

We are looking for a candidate that is familiar and very comfortable with Pricelabs and Rankbreeze, and can implement an effective pricing strategy
- Optimizing property listings and improving rankings on AirBnB and VRBO
- Automating daily/weekly/monthly tasks
