JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a reliable and organized "Insurance Administrative Coordinator" to join our team.
You will play a key role in managing client communications, organizing documents, scheduling meetings, and helping to coordinate ongoing projects.

This part-time position requires a proactive attitude and strong attention to detail.

Your Tasks:
- Manage the calendar and schedule meetings with clients and internal teams.
- Organize and maintain client-related documents in shared folders.
- Track project updates using AgencyZoom.
- Respond to client inquiries via email or chat, and provide regular updates.
- Take notes during meetings and follow up on action items.
- Help coordinate ongoing tasks, ensuring all deadlines are met.
