Amazon Supply Chain & Logistics Manager

Job Type: Part-Time (20-30 hours per week, potential for full-time)

Location: Philippines (Remote during USA business hours (Central Time Zone))

Hourly Rate: $10 - $14 per hour

Company Overview:
Amazon Storage Pros specializes in providing expert logistics management for private label brands selling on Amazon. We help clients lower Amazon seller fees, optimize storage, and streamline their logistics processes to focus on business growth. We are seeking an Amazon Logistics Manager to manage and optimize logistics operations for our clients while navigating the complexities of Amazon’s platform.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage logistics for private label brands on Amazon, including importing goods into the USA, coordinating with 3PLs, Amazon FBA, and AWD.
* Conduct logistics audits on Amazon Seller Central accounts to identify cost-saving opportunities.
* Handle the logistics of shipping containers from China into the USA and onto Amazon.
* Use Amazon Seller Central to pull business reports and manage logistics-related tasks.
* Utilize Google Drive and Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, etc.) to streamline operations.
* Support clients with MCF and Shopify for multi-channel fulfillment when needed.

Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree or higher in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, industrial engineering, transportation management, operations management, or a related field (preferred).
* Proven experience in managing logistics for private label brands on Amazon, working with 3PLs, and handling FBA.
* Expert-level proficiency in Amazon Seller Central.
* Experience with Amazon AWD (preferred).
* Experience with Amazon AGL (preferred).
* Proficiency with Google Drive and Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables).
* Highly detail-oriented and able to work quickly with data.
* Experience in importing goods from China into Amazon’s platform.
* Native-level English skills with no accent for effective client communication.
* Ability to work during USA business hours (Central Time Zone) to coordinate with clients.

* Slack installed on both computer and phone for communication.

* USA business hours (Central Time Zone).

Compensation:
* $10 - $14 per hour starting, with potential for a raise after 3 months for the right person, and higher pay based on performance.
* 13th-month bonus.
