What You’ll Be Doing
As an Operations Manager at FirmOS, you’ll focus on refining and optimizing our operational framework to support our rapid growth. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Process Development & Optimization: Design, implement, and refine processes to enhance efficiency across departments. You’ll create and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and quality in workflows.
2. Data & Performance Analysis: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to operational goals. Use data insights to identify trends, optimize processes, and provide regular performance reports to leadership.
3. Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with departments such as product, sales, marketing, and customer service to align on operational goals and improve workflow. Act as a bridge to ensure smooth communication and goal alignment across teams.
4. Team Development & Leadership: Lead hiring efforts for the operations team, train new hires, and foster a positive work culture. Mentor tea
5. Strategic Planning & Scalability: Work with leadership on long-term operational strategy and implement scalable processes that support growth. Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
