What You'll Be Doing
As a Full Stack Developer at FirmOS, you'll play a crucial role in developing and managing custom solutions that help transform the operations of accounting firms. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Building and managing automation workflows using tools like Airtable, Make, Noloco.io, and custom code with JavaScript or Python.
- Designing and visualizing data-driven dashboards using tools like PowerBI and Noloco to help clients track key metrics and optimize operations.
- Creating automated workflows and AI agents, integrating APIs from LLM providers like OpenAI to enhance operational efficiency.
- Developing custom backend logic using Python and JavaScript to automate business processes and data flows, minimizing the use of low-code tools like n8n.
- Integrating software using APIs with JavaScript and Python to create seamless, interconnected systems.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features aligned with the company’s vision.
- Ensuring scalability and performance of the systems you build.
- Maintaining and optimizing existing solutions, troubleshooting and resolving issues.
- Leveraging ChatGPT to support prompt design and build automation code across all development tasks.

You're Probably a Match If You Have
- Proven experience with Airtable, Noloco.io, and Make for building automation workflows, plus JavaScript and Python for custom automation.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (Node.js for backend development) and Python expertise.
- Experience with database management (SQL or NoSQL) and dynamic dashboard creation.
- Familiarity with PowerBI for building insightful, data-driven dashboards.
- Strong skills in software integration using APIs, particularly with JavaScript and Python.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Google Cloud for hosting applications.
- Solid understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and the ability to create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to learn new tools and adapt quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to visualize data in a meaningful way.
- Experience in designing prompts and building code with ChatGPT.
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced startup environment is a plus.
