We are seeking an experienced Call Center Manager with extensive expertise in Five9, or other major outbound dialers. This role will focus on optimizing call center operations, managing DIDs effectively, troubleshooting connection issues, and ensuring seamless system performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize other major outbound dialer configurations to maximize call center efficiency.
Troubleshoot and resolve connection and call quality issues to maintain smooth operations.
Oversee the ordering, resting, and management of DIDs to ensure healthy numbers and avoid flagging or burnout.
Implement load balancing strategies to ensure even distribution of call traffic and prevent performance bottlenecks.
Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve any system or software issues.
Analyze performance data and KPIs to provide insights and recommendations for system improvements.
Qualifications:
Proven experience managing outbound dialer systems in a high-volume call center.
Strong understanding of DID management, connection troubleshooting, and load balancing.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Leadership experience with a focus on optimizing system performance.
Ability to collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues.
