Customer Service - Phone Caller

HI there, We are looking for someone to phone our leads in the UK. We are a small cleaning business that is expanding our company in the UK by franchising. People - generally men between the ages of 35 and 60 - sign up for more information on our franchise. They sign up on line and give us their phone details. We want someone to phone them to make sure they have got the information they asked to get. We are looking for someone with good English phone skills who can be friendly with our leads. You will have a to call leads as they sign up for an information pack and will also have to call leads that we have already to ask if they are still interested in our franchise. You will need to be able to read a spreadsheet or login into a Highlevel account and get the numbers from there - easy to learn if you haven't got experience.
