Company Overview: We are a growing e-commerce company specializing in high-quality home and kitchen gadgets on Amazon. Our team is dedicated to delivering top-tier products and service to our customers, and we are looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to manage our Amazon Seller Central account. Position Overview: We are seeking a part-time Amazon Account Management VA to help us manage our Amazon Seller Central account. This role will start with a minimum of 20 hours per week, with the potential for increased hours as our business grows and based on your performance. You will focus on day-to-day account management, ensuring smooth operations, optimized listings, and excellent customer service.

Compensation starts at $5/hour, with the opportunity for raises as you gain experience and deliver strong performance results.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update product listings (creating, editing, and optimizing product descriptions, images, and variations).
- Monitor inventory levels and work with the team to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
- Open and manage Amazon support cases to resolve any issues related to listings, reviews, or account health.
- Track and maintain account health metrics, ensuring compliance with Amazon’s policies and best practices.
- Assist with product launches, including uploading new products, setting up variations, and coordinating reviews.
- Conduct keyword research and assist with listing optimization (excluding PPC) to improve organic rankings.
- Generate reports on sales, returns, and customer feedback to inform decision-making and improvements.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing an Amazon Seller Central account.
- Strong knowledge of Amazon's platform, including listing management, inventory control, and account health monitoring.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a focus on quick, effective responses.
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and other relevant tools.
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
- Problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to managing challenges on the Amazon platform.
- Experience with Amazon FBA processes is a plus.
- Ability to work remotely and maintain productivity.
