We are seeking a talented and experienced SEO & Local Marketing Specialist with a strong background in creating high-converting landing pages and design. This individual will be responsible for driving local traffic, optimizing our online platforms for search engines, and designing landing pages that align with our brand's values and resonate with our community.
Key Responsibilities:
SEO Management:
Perform keyword research and implement both on-page and off-page SEO strategies to boost organic traffic.
Optimize website content, metadata, and structure to improve search engine rankings.
Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Ahrefs, or SEMrush.
Stay updated with SEO trends and algorithm updates to ensure best practices are implemented.
Local Marketing:
Manage and optimize Google My Business listings to enhance our local visibility.
Develop localized content and marketing campaigns to engage with our target community.
Build citations in local directories and manage review generation strategies to enhance our online reputation.
Implement geo-targeted advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and
Landing Page Design:
Create high-converting, mobile-friendly landing pages that are aligned with our brand and focus on user experience (UX).
Use A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques to improve landing page performance.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure landing pages are integrated with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
Design with a focus on aesthetics, usability, and functionality, ensuring an optimal user journey.
Design and Branding:
Ensure all designs align with the company’s branding and core values (cultural sensitivity, compassion, transparency, etc.).
Collaborate with the marketing team to create visual assets that resonate with our diverse audience.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in SEO, local marketing, and landing page design.
Proficiency in SEO tools like Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Moz.
Experience in managing and optimizing Google My Business listings and other local directories.
Knowledge of design software like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Sketch.
Strong understanding of user-centered design and conversion optimization techniques.
Experience with landing page builders like Unbounce, Leadpages, or Elementor.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
A good understanding of culturally mindful marketing practices is a plus.
Preferred Experience:
3+ years of experience in SEO, local marketing, and landing page design.
Experience working with businesses that focus on community-based services or culturally sensitive offerings.
