Facebook Ads Specialist

About Us:
Age Tech 28 is a startup online health coaching and provides a premium program that aims to give high-quality care, personalized and proven medication. We are now focusing on a weight management roadmap for our clients.

The Role:
As our Facebook Ads Specialist, you'll help us on our digital marketing campaigns and strategies, with a keen focus on media buying, to enhance our brand's presence and drive our marketing goals. You will be at the helm of our digital campaigns, from conception to execution, leveraging data to make informed decisions and optimize performance.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop, implement, and manage Facebook marketing campaigns that promote our company and its health services.
2. Oversee and execute media buying across multiple channels, including but not limited to Facebook ads, social media, and programmatic advertising.
3. Analyze market trends and competitors’ strategies to identify opportunities for growth.
4. Measure and report on the performance of all Facebook marketing campaigns, assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs).
5. Manage the Facebook marketing budget efficiently, allocating spending on various platforms to maximize ROI.
6. Collaborate with the team to create a cohesive and integrated marketing strategy.

Requirements and Skills Needed:
1. Proven experience (minimum 2-4 years) in Facebook marketing and media buying, with a solid portfolio of successful digital campaigns.
2. Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
3. Experience with Facebook Ads, social media marketing, and display advertising campaigns.
4. Proficient in analytics tools.
5. Excellent analytical skills and data-driven thinking to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
6. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Creative mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
