Join Our E-Commerce Team as a Virtual Assistant (VA)!

We are looking for a highly skilled and versatile VA with proven experience in:

1) Customer Service: Handling emails, Facebook interactions, refunds, chargebacks, and supplier relationships.
2) Page Building & Design: Proficiency in PageFly, Funnelish, Shopify for landing pages, advertorials, and sales pages (NO Canva!).
3) Social Media: Managing Facebook page content.
4) Shopify & Photoshop: Updating products on Shopify and basic graphic design in Photoshop.
5) ChatGPT: Basic familiarity required.
6) Video Editing: Basic skills (advanced preferred).
7) Availability: 6-8 hours/day, 5-6 days/week.

Important: We operate in the Mexican market, so all tasks, including customer service, will be in Spanish. Speaking and understanding Spanish is a plus, but if you don't, you can use ChatGPT—as long as the job is done well. In fact, no one on our team speaks Spanish, except our Mexican video editor, and the rest of the team (including customer service) uses ChatGPT.
