Customer Service Representative (Outbound Sales)

We’re seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative with strong outbound call experience and a proven ability to convert conversations into sales. If you enjoy engaging with customers, solving their problems, and introducing them to products or services that will improve their lives, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively reach out to existing and potential customers via outbound calls to provide product support and information.
Identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions that convert interactions into successful sales.
Effectively manage a pipeline of leads, follow up on opportunities, and close sales.
Build strong relationships with customers to ensure high satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests with a positive attitude, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
Accurately track and document all customer interactions, sales conversions, and feedback in the CRM system.
Meet and exceed weekly/monthly sales and performance targets.

Requirements:

Proven experience in outbound customer service and sales conversion.
Strong communication and persuasive skills.
A customer-centric mindset with the ability to identify sales opportunities during service calls.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing customer needs.
Experience with CRM software and proficiency in basic computer skills.
A positive attitude, team spirit, and a willingness to continuously improve.
Experience in using ServiceTitan software is a plus.
