**Position Overview:**
The **Automation Expert** will be responsible for designing, developing, and managing advanced automations within the **Go High-Level** platform. This individual must be highly skilled in all aspects of GHL, from CRM automations, workflow integrations, funnel optimizations, to marketing automation and campaign management.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Go High-Level’s features and functionalities, be adept at building complex workflows, and be capable of troubleshooting and fine-tuning existing processes to improve business operations.

### Key Responsibilities:

1. **Go High-Level Automations & Workflow Creation:**
- Build and optimize automated workflows and campaigns using Go High-Level.
- Design automation sequences for lead generation, follow-ups, nurture campaigns, and customer retention strategies.
- Create and manage marketing funnels, campaigns, and automations using GHL's drag-and-drop automation builder.

2. **CRM Management & Optimization:**
- Implement CRM automations to manage customer data, track interactions, and improve lead management.
- Customize CRM pipelines and automation workflows for different clients and verticals.

3. **Integration Expertise:**
- Integrate Go High-Level with other tools, such as Zapier, email platforms, Google Ads, social media platforms, and third-party APIs.
- Ensure seamless connectivity and data flow between Go High-Level and other systems.

4. **Client Campaign Execution & Management:**
- Oversee the deployment and execution of automated marketing campaigns on behalf of client.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, ensuring KPIs are met.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues within campaigns and automation flows.

5. **Lead Scoring & Nurturing Systems:**
- Set up and manage advanced lead-scoring mechanisms within GHL.
- Implement personalized nurturing sequences based on user behavior and engagement.

6. **Testing, Optimization, and Reporting:**
- Conduct A/B testing on automations, campaigns, and funnels to maximize performance.
- Continuously monitor automation systems to identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies and provide solutions.
- Generate detailed performance reports to help refine processes.

7. **Training and Support:**
- Provide technical guidance and training to other team members on how to leverage Go High-Level's automation features.
- Support clients with onboarding, setup, and troubleshooting within the GHL platform.

### Requirements:

- **Proven experience** as an Automation Specialist, Marketing Technologist, or similar role with a **strong focus on Go High-Level** (2+ years preferred).
- **Deep technical knowledge** of Go High-Level’s CRM, automation, and marketing tools.
- Strong understanding of **automation best practices, workflows, and campaign management** within GHL.
- Proficiency in **funnel building, lead nurturing, and client engagement strategies** using Go High-Level.
- Familiarity with **API integrations**, third-party tools (Zapier, Twilio, Mailgun), and how they work with Go High-Level.
- Experience setting up automated systems for **email marketing**, SMS campaigns, and appointment scheduling.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail, with the ability to quickly identify and fix automation errors.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a **fast-paced environment**

- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, or other digital marketing platforms.
- Familiarity with **sales funnels** and **conversion rate optimization** strategies.
