Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing any customer concerns promptly.

Qualifications:

Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
Experience in customer service, preferably in a similar role.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and efficiently during US business hours.
