JOB OVERVIEW

Job Responsibilities

Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the company’s marketing goals and brand identity. Identify opportunities to grow the company’s presence on all social media channels.

Content Management: Oversee the creation of engaging, relevant content across social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and infographics. Ensure content is aligned with brand guidelines and maintains consistency in voice and tone.

Platform Management: Manage all company social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.). Monitor daily activity, respond to comments, and engage with followers to foster a strong online community.

Campaign Execution: Plan, execute, and manage paid and organic social media campaigns. Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies based on performance.

Analytics and Reporting: Analyze social media metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other analytics platforms. Prepare and present reports on social media performance, trends, and insights to inform future strategies.

Community Building: Grow and nurture a strong online community by engaging with followers, responding to inquiries, and managing online reputation. Build relationships with influencers, partners, and key stakeholders in the industry.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, content creators, and designers to ensure cohesive branding and messaging. Provide leadership and guidance to social media specialists or coordinators when necessary.

Trend Monitoring: Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices. Implement new features, tools, and strategies as appropriate to keep the company’s social media presence innovative.

Budget Management: Manage the social media budget, including spending on paid promotions, influencer collaborations, and content creation tools.

Crisis Management: Handle any social media crises or negative feedback professionally, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. Equivalent work experience may be accepted.

Experience: Over 5 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing. Experience managing social media campaigns, advertising, and content creation is required.

Skills:

Strong understanding of social media platforms and their audiences.
Experience with paid social media advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads) .
Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
