***Prior experience in admin/executive assistant tasks is preferred.

***Must be open to doing a multitude of different tasks.


The Company:
You will be working directly as the executive assistant of a CEO in Washington state, USA. He has a number of companies and is a venture capital investor (invests in other startup companies). He is also a professor at the University of Washington.


Job Details:
We are looking to fill a virtual assistant role that will consist of primarily executive/admin assistant tasks working directly with the CEO to help him with his projects.


Key Responsibilities-

1. Executive Assistant:
You will be assisting the CEO with all sorts of tasks that pop up. Some tasks you'll be performing (or similar):
-Data entry
-Doing research for various projects
-Creating presentations via Powerpoint/Google Slides
-Staying on top of the CEO to make sure projects get done
-Calendar management
-Email management
-Being CEO's right hand man/woman
-Posting on social media
-Various other admin tasks


Basic Requirements:
-Must have a college/university degree
-Must be proficient in English (verbal and written)
-Must have organizational skills
-Must have good grammar
-Must have proficient computer skills
-Good communication skills
-Be willing and open to learn
-Be open to feedback and constructive criticism
-Must be able to ask questions when confused
-Be a problem solver
-Have patience
-Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
-Attention to detail.

Detailed Qualifications:
-Proven experience as a virtual assistant.
-Experience in executive assistant role is preferred
-Basic graphic design experience (Canva or similar) is preferred
-Google suite and Office 365 proficient: gmail, outlook, sheets, excel, docs, slides, etc.


Technical Qualifications:
-Must have a good internet connection
-Must have a computer
-Must have a headset



Salary and Details:
This is a part-time work from home role for a U.S. company: 20 hours per week.

Please note, there may be an opportunity to go full time in the future depending on performance. Therefore, please apply only if you fully understand that this is currently a part-time role, but with a need to be flexible for the future in case it goes full time.

The pay is $5 an hour.

Guaranteed 1 year raise (minimum 10%-20%).

3 paid sick/vacation days after a 3-month probationary period.

On average, 3-6 major U.S. holidays paid: (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s, etc.)

You will be an independent contractor. You will get paid via Payoneer every 2 weeks.

The hours are Mon-Fri 9am-1pm PST (pacific standard time). That is a 12 hour time difference from you-12am-4am Philippine time would be the converted schedule for you.

***Important: if you have another job that conflicts with this schedule, please do not apply. Your screen will be tracked (Time Doctor software) so if it is discovered that you are working 2 jobs during the same schedule, you will end up wasting your time and ours.

Start date: sometime around September 16th-23rd. A set date will be provided after interviewing.
