Role Objectives:

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of sales professionals, setting clear goals and expectations, and providing regular performance feedback.

Performance Monitoring: Regularly review team performance against targets, initiating adjustments as necessary to ensure maximum productivity and efficiency.
Client Relationships: Maintain key client relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities.
Training and Development: Organize ongoing training sessions to ensure the sales team has advanced knowledge of the product line and up-to-date sales techniques.
Reporting: Provide comprehensive updates to executive leadership regarding sales progress and new opportunities.

Experienced Leader: You have a proven track record of leading sales teams in a competitive environment and achieving growth targets.
Strategic Thinker: Skilled in developing sales strategies and motivating teams to achieve business goals.
Excellent Communicator: Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, capable of persuading and influencing others.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to forecast and identify trends and challenges.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office, with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools.
