JOB OVERVIEW

We are a restoration company that helps people who have damage to their homes due to water, sewage, smoke, or mold. Fluent and comfortable English speaking for client calls.
We are looking for someone to answer client calls, ask specific questions, and schedule appointment/dispatch. Coordinate feedback collection and manage customer satisfaction surveys. Manage the business's social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram).
We have additional responsibilities that will be added on as time goes on, but these are our initial needs. More advanced responsibilities may include:
Compile data and create reports on job progress and sales.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
Assist with creating business development and strategy reports.
Coordinate community outreach efforts and partnerships.
Order inventory of materials and equipment.
Prepare and send service quotes, invoices, and follow-up correspondence.
Assist clients with service scheduling and rescheduling.

Full time Monday-Friday 8am-5pm PDT (11pm-8am PHST).
