JOB OVERVIEW

*Candidates must have working experience in Real Estate in Canada ON*

Prepare MLS listing draft
Prepare paper work such as, offer, trade sheet etc.
Complete after-closing procedures
Manage Listing & Closings process and procedures
Oversee Brokerage Files (ie: listings, deals files, deposits received)
Monitor all Sold Conditional and closing date timeframes, follow up for waivers/amendments
Review real estate documents, contracts, and agreements to ensure they meet legal and organizational standards.
Proficient in using Microsoft OfficeSuite (Word, Excel, Outlook), MLS, Broker Bay, WEBForms, Skyslope and CRM software is an asset
