Potential Tasks:

- List properties across various platforms and ensure accuracy.
- Create and manage social media posts, including using AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude AI.
- Perform repetitive tasks such as updating booking data and maintaining spreadsheets.
- Organize and manage property viewings on OpenRent, including communication and scheduling.
- Research related tasks
- Craft and send professional emails, including replies to inquiries.
- Develop email marketing newsletters using AI and curate content from trending sources like Reddit.
- Review and utilize construction and refurbishment photos to create engaging posts.
- Send and manage DMs on LinkedIn, ensuring consistency in tone with the business.

Skills required:
- Experience in marketing and familiarity with basic marketing principles.
- Proficient in automation tools like Zapier and Made.
- Strong attention to detail and initiative.
- Confident in writing and communication.
- Enjoys research and continuous learning.
