Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee and manage the Human Resources functions of our Philippine-based operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, with specific experience in handling remote teams. As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining HR strategies that align with our company's goals, ensuring compliance with local labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Strategy & Planning:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business strategy.
Provide strategic input on organizational development, workforce planning, and succession planning.
Onboarding:
Develop and refine onboarding programs to integrate new employees effectively.
Collaborate with US-based clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate HR support.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
Foster a positive work environment that encourages employee engagement and development.
Address employee concerns and grievances promptly and fairly.
Implement employee engagement initiatives and programs.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
Develop and manage performance appraisal systems that drive high performance.
Provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance management.
Identify training needs and oversee professional development programs.
HR Compliance & Reporting:
Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and US employment regulations, where applicable.
Maintain and update employee records using Sprout HR software.
Prepare and present HR reports to senior management.
HR Systems & Technology:
Manage and optimize the use of Sprout HR software for efficient HR operations.
Stay updated on the latest HR technologies and recommend improvements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a remote or multinational environment.
Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and regulations.
Experience working with US-based clients is a plus.
Proficiency in using HR software, specifically Sprout HR.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
