JOB OVERVIEW

Job Description:
We are on the lookout for a proactive and organized Virtual Executive Assistant to provide remote support to our director of operations and partners. This role requires someone who can think on their feet, manage multiple tasks, and operate seamlessly during Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours. You’ll be working remotely, but close collaboration with our team is key. A MacBook from 2019 or newer is a must to ensure you can work effectively with our systems.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and organize executive calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments
Assist with email management, prioritizing communications and drafting responses
Prepare reports, documents, and presentations as needed
Conduct research and compile data for executive decision-making
Coordinate virtual meetings
Act as a liaison between executives and internal teams or external partners
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Perform various other administrative duties as needed

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or Executive Assistant (remote work experience preferred)
MacBook (2019 or newer) required—tell us what year and size your trusty Mac is!
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other online collaboration platforms
Ability to work PST hours from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm without a hitch
Self-motivated and capable of working independently
MUST BE RELIABLE & NOT CALL OUT TOO MUCH
