JOB OVERVIEW

Job Responsibilities: (Remote Set-up)

Administrative and Clerical Support: Provide day-to-day administrative and clerical assistance, including managing emails, scheduling, and performing data entry tasks.

Inventory Management: Use live video surveillance to monitor and track product inventory in Warehouse #1, ensuring accuracy in product counts, condition, and logging. Update the inventory system in real-time, documenting any discrepancies and maintaining an organized digital record.

Security Monitoring: Conduct virtual security checks via video feeds, maintaining a detailed daily security checklist. Quickly identify and report any security concerns or suspicious activities to the team.

Virtual Cashiering: Handle virtual cashiering duties during store hours, including processing transactions through secure digital payment platforms, generating accurate invoices, and addressing client payment inquiries with professionalism.

Digital and Technology Proficiency: Utilize a range of digital tools and software to manage real-time updates on inventory and security. Ensure that you are adept with the latest technology to provide daily reports, troubleshoot issues, and communicate effectively with the team.

Customer Service: Interact with clients during virtual cashiering tasks, providing excellent customer service, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth transactions.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team to provide consistent support, feedback, and updates on inventory, security, and cashiering tasks. Maintain clear communication and teamwork in a virtual environment.

Requirements:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Up-to-date digital and technology skills, with the ability to effectively utilize tools for inventory management, security monitoring, and virtual cashiering
Experience with inventory and security management software
Proficiency with digital payment systems and real-time data entry
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and real-time problem-solving
*with minimum internet connection of 100mbps and backup connection (not data)
*needs to present NBI & Police Clearance

Special Requirements, preference:
Some knowledge of cannabis culture
Personality - needs to be a happy and energetic human
VAs will go through a 3-week training program (cannabis knowledge base)

Schedule: Full-time, with flexibility to manage tasks and attend virtual meetings as needed.
