POSITION: Customer Support Agents
STARTING RATE: $3-4 per hour
LOCATION: 100% Remote
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Swiftly respond to customer inquiries via
Accurately input and maintain customer records, ensuring no detail is overlooked.
Collaborate closely with teammates to ensure every customer enjoys a seamless experience from start to finish.
Resolve customer issues and escalate complex problems to ensure satisfaction.
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of one (1) year of proven experience in customer service.
Proficiency in both written and verbal English.
Stellar communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple tasks with ease.
A suitable environment for taking phone calls and a personally-owned PC or laptop with a minimum of 15 Mbps upload & download speed. A backup internet connection (10 Mbps) is also required upon hiring.
