Graphic designer/virtual assistant

This is a long-term, full-time position. If you're looking to work for someone who will be honest with pay and want to develop a long term job, the read on. This is not a single gig request. I am fair, honest, and am hard working and am looking for the same in a VA.

I am looking for someone who is reliable, adaptable, loyal, and can work under pressure. Excellent English communication skills is a must. Work hours are10 hours/day based on U.S. time, Mon-Friday. You will need to work US hours and no exceptions can be made for that. Usually no weekends but sometimes if it is busy, I may need some weekend hours but will adjust weekday hours to make up for it. So expectation is 50 hours/week.

A 2-4 week training period will be provided to familiarize the workflow. Salary is paid at the end of the month and will increase with additional responsibilities.

Tasks are divided into:

-Graphic Design (Mostly t-shirt design and infographics) (Must have a background with graphic design and being able to create/edit designs per customer request)
-Social media management: posting content, creating content
- Virtual assistant tasks such as data entry, emailing, etc.

Knowledge of these tools is a must:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Google Workspace (Google docs, sheets, etc)
- Canva
- Video Editing tool (is a plus)


While these are some of the tasks, it is not all. I am looking for a virtual assistant who can help me in all areas of my business. So a willingness to do whatever is needed to get the job done is very important. If your attitude is that you will only do certain tasks and are not willing to learn, then we may not be a good fit.

Pay will increase as more duties are taken on. It will start lower during training period as you get used to how I want things done. But as you are able to do more and become very helpful to me, I will pay more. My goal is to find someone who will work with me for a long time.
