In line with the steady expansion of our company, we are looking to hire a talented Recruitment Specialist on a six (6) month project contract to support growth.

Job Summary

As a Recruitment Specialist you will be responsible for sourcing candidates through various channels such as Employee Referrals, Applicant Referrals, Job Portals and other external activities. You will also conduct phone and paper screening, initial interviews and scheduling of candidate interviews with hiring managers. Key Responsibilities

Active and passive sourcing
Creating personalized engagement strategies
Phone and paper application screening
Conducting initial interviews
Scheduling of candidate interviews with hiring managers
Endorsing quality candidates to Operations within deadline
Real-time updating of databases, tools, trackers, and system/process documentations
Serving job offer and collecting pre-employment requirements (ad hoc task)

Qualifications

4+ years experience in recruitment for technology-based roles
Skilled in both active and passive sourcing techniques
Impeccable communication skills
BPO recruitment history is an advantage

What We Offer

Salary Range: P45,000 to P50,000
Remote work
Job Type: Fixed term
Contract length: 6 months

Schedule:
Mon to Fri 10am to 7pm inclusive of 1hr break
8 hour shift
Day shift
