Video editor & Social Media Manager

Good day
I am in need for a Professional video editor and also potential for social media manager.
I capture 95% of the time drone footage and most of the content will be in D Log or D Log M.
Good color grading and be creative is very important.
Videos will mainly be used on Tiktok,IG,FB and Youtube.
The job will be part time because sometime my jobs depending on weather.
Agriculture/machinery background will be a bonus to ensure my videos makes sense.
Also let me know what will be the easiest to share RAW footage with you?
