General Virtual Assistant Responsibilities:
-Manage projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget, coordinating tasks and resources effectively.
-Oversee fleet management by tracking location & usage, and managing related documentation.
-Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
-Utilize Go High Level and HQ Rentals to manage various job-related tasks.
-Arrange and schedule social media posts to ensure consistent and engaging content across all platforms.
-Assist with digital marketing tasks, including managing email campaigns, social media ads, and analysing campaign performance.
-Answer phone calls and handle communication channels, ensuring professional and timely responses.
-Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills in all interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
-Perform accurate data entry, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and organised in relevant databases.
-Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing, expense tracking, and preparing financial reports.
-Manage social media accounts by engaging with followers and monitoring performance metrics to enhance brand visibility.
-Organise and manage files to ensure documents are easily accessible and properly maintained.
-Handle various administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel --arrangements.
-Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to stay informed about company policies, products, and best practices.
-Daily required Midday & End of Day Reports/Appt call sheets at end of each shift
-Use Microsoft Office suite to manage various aspects of the job
-Preferred Availability 9:00 am- 6 pm Central Time Zone



Job Qualifications and Skill Sets
-Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
-Proficiency in verbal and written communication in English, with a professional and clear communication style.
-Excellent Tonality & Elite English Clarity
-Must be able to work independently using Microsoft Office Suite
-Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with the CEO and other team members.
-Experience in fleet management or a similar operational role is a plus, but not required.
-Familiarity with social media management and digital marketing tools, including scheduling software and analytics platforms.
-Proficiency in data entry and basic bookkeeping, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
-Experience with CRM systems and file management tools to efficiently organise and manage information.
-Ability to prioritise important tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
-Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with a stable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace.
-Must be proactive and take initiative in identifying and addressing tasks and challenges.
-Must be confident in sharing ideas and speaking up to contribute to the company’s success.
-Ability to work at least 6 hours each day, 5 days per week
