About this role:
You will be responsible for creating Youtube content for my personal brand. You will be asked to produce 1 video (15-25min) every week. You will be given content on a weekly basis organized by day. The content is a cinematic vlog that shares what it is like to run a business in the most aesthetic way possible.

We are looking for a creative and experienced YouTube/Long-Form Content Editor who can help shape the future of our long-form video content. You’ll be responsible for editing 4 high-quality YouTube videos per month, ensuring they captivate and retain viewers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit 4 long-form YouTube videos per month, focusing on storytelling, pacing, and engagement.
• Collaborate with the creative team on concepts, ideas, and execution to ensure high-quality, cohesive video content.
• Add graphics, motion design, sound effects, and music to enhance the storytelling experience.
• Optimize content for YouTube’s algorithm, focusing on viewer retention and engagement.
• Provide input on thumbnails and titles that align with the video content for increased click-through rates.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in editing long-form YouTube videos with a strong portfolio.
• Advanced knowledge of video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve).
• Ability to understand and apply YouTube SEO strategies.
• Strong creative vision and storytelling skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines.
