Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Appointment Setter to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in helping us grow by connecting with key decision-makers and setting high-value appointments. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can work independently, and is committed to excellence in every task.
You will be working remotely during U.S. business hours (9 am to 5 pm Central Time) and must be comfortable managing your time effectively. We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running, follow our proven processes to the letter, and contribute to our team’s success from day one.
This is a challenging role that requires a high level of precision, persistence, and performance. If you are experienced in appointment setting and are confident in your ability to exceed expectations, we want to hear from you. However, if you’re unsure of your ability to meet these standards, this role may not be the right fit.

Grow by adding 5 new school accounts (each with more than 200 students) in the next six months and expand into one new market by the end of the school year.

This position will work with school leaders and gatekeepers to help us demonstrate our abilities and value to the school and their families. This will enhance our reputation, leading to increased referrals and a steady revenue stream from diverse markets
Ideal Outcome
What does the completed project look like? What is the payoff?
The completed project will result in signing 5 new school contracts for online schools and expanding into a new market, with measurable growth in revenue and customer satisfaction.

Best result- What's possible if you do take action? Incredible growth in the number of school accounts that we service. This is great for us and the families that are currently having to deal with a terrible uniform vendor. Our team feels motivated and empowered, and we become the go-to uniform supplier, significantly boosting morale and job satisfaction
Worst result- What’s at risk if you don’t take action? We continue to rely only on the local New Orleans market. A hurricane could come and severely impact the business. Families using the current bad school uniform vendor continue to have issues year after year.
Success Criteria
What specific results must be true for this project to be a success?
Secure meetings with at least 20% of targeted school decision makers within the first 3 months.
Make phone contact with 95% of school decision makers within the first 3 months.
Get some kind of response for 80% of school decision makers within the first 3 months.
