Numbers Ninja - AU

Australian accounting practice looking for a part time Numbers Ninja. This is a contractors position with an offer of additional hours for the right applicant.

This is a working from home position. Working parents encouraged to apply. Davao City location is preferred, however will make an exception for the right applicant. Hours will be from 7:00am PH to 3:00pm PH Tuesday and Wednesday only. Laptop, peripherals and all software will be provided.

Must have at least 3 - 5 years of experience in completing similar type of work for Australian clients:
- bank reconciliations including set up of bank rules
- GST
- end of month entries and reconciliations such as debtors, creditors and superannuation
- ATO account reconciliations
- fixed asset reconciliations
- end of month financial reports

The successful applicant will be responsible for weekly bank reconciliations and GST coding of transactions for a select number of our clients. They will also be working along side our existing admin and accounting teams to complete the work. Preferred start date is February 2025/March 2025.

Must be AU Xero Certified and AU Payroll Xero Certified.

Must have experience in using the following applications and software:
- Xero
- Quickbooks
- MYOB
- Excel
- Word

Experience in the following is desirable:
- FYI Docs
