I'm looking to hire 5 writers who can write in excellent English for a home design website (articles)

I'm looking to hire five writers who will write for a home and garden website. Specifically, the position requires creatively and accurately describing home design images including home exteriors and home interiors. This is a full time, permanent position. I am hiring for five full time writing positions.

Requirements

Fluent writing in English.
Must work five shifts per week at eight hours per shift.
Submit daily reports.
Excellent communication
Know how to use WordPress as a CMS (Classic and Gutenberg editors).
All content will be vetted by AI detection software.
You will be required to have time tracking / screen monitoring software on your computer so I can ensure that you are not using AI software.
Must have excellent internet and computer.

Do you need experience writing in the home design niche?

No, not at all. What's important is that you can write in English well. The nature of the writing is describing home designs (exteriors and interiors).

Phase 1

2. Most important - when you apply, please write me a non-boilerplate message to me explaining why you are qualified for this job based on your skills and writing experience. I use this for my initial assessment of your writing ability.
3. Submit a photo of you country-issued identification for ID verification.


Phase 2 (if selected)
1. If selected, the second phase of the application process will require you to perform several tasks as part of the application process. These tasks will be the main function of the job. They won't take long but are necessary for me to assess whether you can do the job. All writing will be vetted by three different AI detection software platforms. I will require that you perform this with screen share video so that I can see it is you writing the content.

2. Submit a 30 second video of you explaining why you are ideal for this position. I use this to ensure you do know English and to verify your identity. I understand that your written skills may be stronger than your speaking skills. I just want to ensure you have some English speaking capability.

Availability: You must be available immediately. The faster you can get onboarded, the more likely the position will be yours.
