E-commerce accountant and bookeeping

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced E-Commerce Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of our e-commerce business, ensuring accurate financial reporting. Prepare DETAILED daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (including Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement and Statement of Changes in Equity ) for the e-commerce business

Expense Management: Track, categorize, and analyze expenses related to e-commerce operations, including shipping,
marketing, and platform fees.

Payment Processing: Reconcile payment gateway reports (Stripe, PayPal, etc.) with sales and ensure proper recording of all transactions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
CPA or relevant certification preferred.
3+ years of accounting experience
Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, WooCommerce) and payment gateways (Stripe, PayPal, etc.).
