Revit Drafter

We are seeking an experienced MEP Revit Drafter with a strong background in HVAC, plumbing, and fire alarm systems. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Revit across multiple MEP fields and possess the ability to handle complex designs for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, with a preference for those with experience beyond just mechanical. This role involves creating detailed Revit models and collaborating with various engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of all building systems.

Key Responsibilities:
•Develop and design detailed Revit models for HVAC, plumbing, fire alarms, and other MEP systems.
•Collaborate with engineers and other stakeholders to ensure coordination across disciplines.
•Prepare construction documents, layouts, and drawings based on client and project requirements.
•Ensure compliance with industry standards and codes for all designs.
•Participate in design reviews and quality assurance checks for Revit models.

Qualifications:
•Proficiency in Revit with experience in multiple MEP fields, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire alarm systems.
•Strong understanding of mechanical systems and the ability to design beyond just mechanical components.
•Previous experience with fire protection, plumbing, and electrical systems is preferred.
•Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects.
•Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.

Hourly rate: 7$
Working hours: 9AM - 6PM EST (Mondays to Fridays)
