We offer a range of shifts—morning, midday, and evening—so you can find a schedule that works best for you. You can choose between two work options: a rotation of 4 days on and 4 days off or a 7-day-a-week schedule with no days off. Flexibility is key, and we want individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving atmosphere.

For your first four weeks, it’s crucial to focus on your training, which is designed to set you up for success. During this time, taking time off isn’t an option. Completing training on time and embracing continuous learning are vital. If you’re used to a traditional 9-to-5 schedule, this role may not align with your expectations.

As a Chat Support Agent, you'll go through an immersive three-day training program to equip you with the necessary skills to excel in your role. It’s important to have an understanding of US culture, or at least be willing to get familiar with it by watching US television shows.

While we can’t teach the nuances of small talk or the art of relationship-building, we will cover everything else you need to know.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

? A reliable, high-speed internet connection
? A dependable power source

Typically, it takes about 1-2 months to become fully proficient in this role. Initially, commissions and bonuses might be modest, but with dedication, you can see significant growth in both personal development and earnings. Many agents reach earnings of $800-$1500 per month starting from the third month (or even sooner in rare cases). This role requires commitment and hard work—those who excel will be rewarded, while those who don’t meet expectations may not remain with us beyond the first 90 days.
