We're seeking a skilled Virtual Assistant to join our customer service team. Our main focus is influencer marketing and providing services to social media content creators. The ideal candidate will excel in writing, possess extensive sales experience, and demonstrate a strong ability to support our customers effectively.

Requirements:
Energetic, outgoing personality with a high level of enthusiasm.
Precise and effective typing and multitasking abilities.
Skilled in using software and team collaboration tools like Telegram, and Excel/Google Sheets.
Ability to build connections with sales prospects using humor, an understanding of underlying meanings, and Western conversational nuances.
Eagerness to learn, grow, and be receptive to feedback.

Qualifications:
Reliable and fast internet connection.
Dedicated work space/home office.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in English with an understanding of Western culture.
Successful completion of a typing test with the required results.
Passion for joining a forward-thinking and entrepreneurial team.




Duties & Responsibilities:
Complete our internal training program.
Study and apply our sales processes and strategies.
Engage in effective communication with sales prospects.
Build relationships and conduct sales discussions.
Upsell and cross-sell products based on customer needs.
Track and report daily activities, including hours and sales.

Schedule: 10:00 AM to 7:00PM or 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM or 4:00 AM to 10:00 AM PHT.
