Position: Part-Time Personal Assistant
Location: Dubai, UAE
Hours: Part-time, 5 days per week - coworking space in the business bay
$6-$12usd per hour

Hello i run a womens fashion business i am looking for a part-time assistant whilst i am working in the uae and on my family's work vacation for next few months.

I am looking for a personal assistant who is Responsibilities:
1. Manage and organize emails, ensuring timely responses and effective communication.
2. Handle store inventory by monitoring stock levels, coordinating orders, and maintaining accurate records.
3. Manage business calls professionally, taking messages, and directing inquiries as needed.
4. Assist in creating and managing a timetable and rota for appointments and tasks.
5. Handle social media accounts by posting content, engaging with followers, and promoting the business online.
6. Capture high-quality photos for product promotions and marketing campaigns.

Requirements:
1. Currently based in Dubai, UAE, with the ability to work on-site.
2. Experience in personal assistant or administrative roles, preferably in the fashion industry.
3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage tasks efficiently.
4. Excellent communication skills to interact with customers, suppliers, and team members.
5. Proficiency in social media management and content creation for business purposes.
6. Ability to take high-quality photos using professional equipment or smartphone cameras.
7. Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and prioritize tasks effectively.
8. Reliable, trustworthy, and able to maintain confidentiality.
