We are a growing e-commerce business dedicated to providing excellent products and services to our customers. As our business expands, we are looking for a skilled and proactive Dispute Manager. As a Dispute Manager, you will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, managing chargebacks, and overseeing all dispute-related matters. Your goal is to ensure fair and timely resolutions that maintain customer satisfaction while protecting the interests of the company
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate and resolve chargebacks, payment disputes, and order issues.
- Maintain detailed records of all disputes and resolutions.
- Monitor dispute trends and provide insights for process improvements.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with payment platforms and chargeback procedures. (MUST).
- 3 years experience with handling Creditcard disputes for other e-commerce stores.
