Job Title: Real Estate Assistant**

**Location:** REMOTE

**Job Type:** ADMIN & DIGITAL MARKETING

**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Real Estate Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate operations and be proficient with various tools and platforms essential to our business. You will support the day-to-day tasks involved Contacts and creating targeted campaigns that include automated Calling, Mail, text message and email.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Property Management & Marketing:**
- Utilize **CANVA** to create marketing materials, property brochures, and social media content.
- Manage property listings and updates on platforms like **Lofty**.

- **Client Relationship Management:**
- Use **FOLLOW UP BOSS** to manage and track client communications.
- Execute call campaigns using **MOJO** and **SLY BROADCASTING**.

- **Lead Generation & Nurturing:**
- Manage and update our CRM, **KV CORE**, ensuring leads are nurtured effectively.

- **Data Management:**
- Handle large datasets using **Excel** and **CSV TRANSCRIBED** for reporting and analysis.
- Import, export, and manipulate data to keep databases up-to-date and accurate.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience in a real estate assistant or similar role.
- Proficiency in the listed tools: CANVA, Lofty, FOLLOW UP BOSS, MOJO, SLY BROADCASTING, KV CORE, Excel, and CSV Transcribed.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new software and tools.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Experience with digital marketing and social media management.
- Knowledge of real estate transaction processes and documentation.
