Virtual Assistant Position
Canadian construction company based out of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan looking for a Virtual Assistant. The successful applicant will complete day-to-day admin tasks to help our office run efficiently. You will work with the managers daily in a rewarding working environment, and your income will be based on your pervious experience with the ability to grow with the company.
Administration Tasks:
• Personal Assistant
•
• Appointment setting
• Data entry
• Weekly reports to clients and sub trades
• Request estimates from sub trades
• Create and update product specifications for projects
Position Requirements:
• Proficient with MS office (EXCEL, Word etc)
• Comfortable with learning a new software (JobTread construction management)
• Basic CANVA skills
• Speak very good English
• Strong organizational skills
• Detail-Oriented and strong communication skills
• Applicant must have a positive attitude towards change
• Able to identify the need and remove the barriers
• Values the diversity of ideas, opinions and people
• Has good common sense and applied logic
