Job Description

In this dynamic role, you'll be at the forefront of our lead generation efforts. Your primary responsibility will be to contact homeowners through cold calling and assess their interest in selling their properties. You should have a solid understanding of real estate concepts, particularly foreclosures, probates, and bankruptcy, or be a quick learner with a strong willingness to gain this knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

* Qualify leads for our sales representatives.
* Maintain a high volume of outbound calls daily to meet targets and objectives.
* Gauge each prospect’s interest level and adapt your approach accordingly.
* Rapidly take notes during calls to provide accurate and useful information to sales reps.
* Provide a detailed end-of-day recap to track progress and next steps.
* Engage in meaningful conversations to understand homeowners' needs and interests.

Requirements:

* Minimum of 2 years of experience in Real Estate cold calling or as a Follow-Up Specialist (proof required).
* At least College degree
* Excellent and fluent in English with strong verbal communication skills.
* Experience with Call-Tools or other auto-dialers.
* Proactive demeanor, engaging personality, and exceptional organizational skills.
* Ability to handle numerous rejections daily while maintaining enthusiasm.
* Skilled in adapting various tones of voice to avoid a pushy sales pitch.
* Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively.
* In-depth understanding of the real estate industry.
* Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls (5-6 hours a day).
* Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and positive attitude.
* Reliable high-speed internet and wired noise-canceling headset.
* Coachable, eager to learn, and able to qualify leads based on defined criteria.

Compensation and Benefits:

* Base Pay: Will be $850 USD per month after three successful closings.
* Bonus: $250-$300 bonus for each closing.
