Position Overview:
As my Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in managing my day-to-day activities, allowing me to focus on driving the company’s strategic vision and growth. You will be the go-to person for coordinating my schedule, managing communications, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring that my time is used effectively. This position is perfect for someone who is highly organized, self-motivated, and excellent at problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
• Calendar and Schedule Management: Proactively manage my calendar, ensuring that my time is allocated effectively to high-priority tasks. Coordinate meetings, training sessions, and coaching calls, and ensure I am prepared for each engagement.
• Task and Project Coordination: Assist with ongoing projects, including recruiting, onboarding, and training new employees. Manage task lists, track project progress, and ensure deadlines are met. Delegate tasks to other tea

Requirements:
