We have a steady stream of projects and are seeking a skilled web development team, including a working project manager. This team will be responsible for delivering AI-driven web applications, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.

Job Description:
We are looking for a collaborative web development team, including a project manager, to take on multiple web development projects. The team will work on Firebase, React, Tailwind, and Next.js projects with AI integration. The project manager will oversee development, coordinate tasks, and ensure the teaUpgrade to see actual infoets daily objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and attend daily meetings to ensure smooth communication and workflow. A strong commitment to deadlines and quality is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React, Tailwind CSS, and Next.js
- Integrate Firebase for backend functionality including database management, authentication, and cloud functions
- Collaborate with AI engineers to implement AI/ML features into web applications
- Optimize web applications for speed, scalability, and usability
- Work with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and test new features
- Use Git for version control and project collaboration
- Attend daily meetings to ensure alignment on progress and tasks
- Ensure seamless integration with AI models, APIs, and backend services

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in web development with Firebase, React, Tailwind CSS, and Next.js
- Experience in project management, overseeing multiple tasks, and coordinating with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers
- Strong understanding of modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries
- Proficient with Firebase services (Firestore, Realtime Database, Cloud Functions, Authentication)
- Familiarity with Git for version control
- Ability to work during EST hours (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM)
- Strong communication and time management skills

Bonus Skills:
- Experience with AI/ML tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or OpenAI
- Knowledge of TypeScript
- Experience with Next.js server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment on platforms like Vercel
