Job Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via
Manage appointment scheduling and calendar bookings using Google Calendar.
Communicate with customers courteously while effectively closing sales.
Monitor and manage student and teacher attendance using Zoom.
Utilize Gmail and Google Sheets for communication and record-keeping.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in customer service, sales, or a similar role.
Proficient in Google Calendar, Gmail, Google Sheets, and Zoom.
Strong communication skills with the ability to be polite and persuasive.
Detail-oriented and diligent in scheduling and follow-ups.
Ability to work full-time with the specified working hours in a remote setting.
