As a Graphic & Brand Designer, you create engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media. You have a good eye for clean, sleek, modern designs. You shape the visual aspects of websites, books, magazines, product packaging, exhibitions, and more. Your graphics should capture the attention of those who see them and communicate the right message. You have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design. You ensure that outcomes are on time, on-brand, and incorporating current design trends.
What You Do:
- Collaborate with your creative leads and project managers across different timezones.
- Work on creative vision across various design projects simultaneously, including advertisements, brochures, posters, flyers, banners, logos, presentation decks, infographics, social media assets, websites, and more.
- Execute projects with high attention to detail, on time and budget.
- Create and refine innovative and impactful designs that comply with project goals, brand guidelines, and customer needs.
- Contribute to technical expertise within the design capabilities, ensuring consistency, quality, and creativity within individual projects.
- Depending on the project, either define a unique style or adhere to predefined styles, maintaining alignment with brand guidelines and visual language across all design deliverables.
- Participate in the art direction process, contributing ideas, following best practices, and ensuring that projects meet the agency's standards.
- Work efficiently to combine speed, style, and scale, producing attractive assets at a consistent pace.
- Assist in mentoring and guiding more junior members of the team, acting as a source of support and inspiration.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to foster continuous personal and professional development.
What You'll Need To Succeed:
- BA or equivalent in Design, Creative, or related fields.
- 2+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer in a reputable creative agency, design studio, or in-house design team.
- A portfolio that demonstrates a wide range of design projects, including but not limited to advertisements, branding, etc.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Slides, Figma, and a basic understanding of Motion within design.
- Strong understanding of visual design principles, data visualization, typography, interaction design, usability, grid systems, white space, aspect ratios, and color theory.
- Attention to detail in organizing files, layers, and folders to facilitate collaboration with colleagues.
- Ability to follow and translate creative direction into appealing and effective designs.
- Commitment to producing high-quality work within timelines and budget constraints.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- A team-focused mindset, with experience working in collaboration with Art Directors and creative teams.
