Job Title: 2D Animator & Graphic Designer for Digital Signage Ads

We are a fast-growing digital signage advertising startup seeking an exceptional 2D Animator with strong graphic design skills. In this role, you will focus on creating and animating advertising content that stands out and engages viewers. Key Responsibilities:

Animate Still Ads: Transform static ads into visually appealing, engaging 2D animated content.

Resize Existing Ads: Resize already-created business ads to fit the size of our digital displays, ensuring they retain high quality (no blurring or distortion) and animate them as needed.

Create New Ads: Use your graphic design skills to create and animate high-quality business ads from scratch.

Work with Various Ad Durations: Ads typically range between 10-30 seconds, and you'll be expected to work efficiently within this time frame.

Ensure Speedy Delivery: Deliver high-quality animations quickly—if it takes you five hours to complete one ad, this role is not for you.

Work Efficiently: Manage and complete animations within your scheduled 3-hour work window, 4 days a week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday).

Collaborate with the Team: Work with our team to understand project needs and deliver on expectations within a 24-hour turnaround.


Requirements:

Proven experience in 2D animation and graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing your speed, skill, and ability to deliver top-quality work.

Proficiency in animation and design software such as After Effects, Adobe Animate, Canva, or similar.

Ability to resize existing ads to fit different display sizes without compromising quality, ensuring content remains sharp and visually appealing.

Strong sense of urgency and ability to meet quick deadlines.

Flexibility to work a few hours a day, four days a week, with potential for increased hours as the business expands.

Compensation:
Hourly Rate: $5 per hour
Work Hours: 3 hours per day, 4 days a week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday).
