Virtual Assistant (VA) for Sales & Marketing / Lead Generation / GTM Automation

Looking for a fast-learning and detail-oriented B2B Sales and Marketing Virtual Assistant (VA) to help us set up and launch outbound campaigns.

This is a full-time position.

What you’ll do

-Enrich email/LinkedIn copy templates in Google Sheets
-Create lead lists using tools like Upgrade to see actual info, Upgrade to see actual info, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
-Manage email and LinkedIn automation tools like Smartlead, Instantly, Lemlist, and Heyreach
-Creating new burner email domains and accounts
-Create custom lead magnets/content reports for prospects


About you

-Ability to accurately follow detailed instructions and procedures to complete tasks (required)
-Excellent English proficiency, both written and spoken (required)
-Meticulous and detail-oriented (required)
-Quick learner and comfortable working in a fast-paced-environment (required)
-Experience using sales/marketing automation software (required)
-Familiarity with the life sciences/biotech/pharma/medical device industry (preferred)

You must have a good stable internet connection and be available to work during London(GMT) working hours (9 am - 5 pm).
