Appraisal Office Manager/Appraisal Analyst (MUST HAVE A VALID Real Estate Appraiser License in the Philippines) **Location:** 100% Remote (New York time zone, 9 AM to 5 PM) **Hours:** 40 hours per week **Pay:** $500-$600 per month, with potential monthly bonuses based on appraisal volume. Salary is paid through PayPal in USD on the 15th and last day of each month (paid during business days/hours & company pays any extra transfer fees).

With a competitive starting pay of $500-$600 per month, plus monthly bonuses (depending on monthly volume), you'll contribute to real estate appraisals and appraisal reports, assist with administrative tasks, and engage in client communication/phone calls. Utilize your expertise in TOTAL appraiser software, ANOW, Solomon Calculators, Real Estate Market Data, and Excel. Explore the real estate market using MLS, our databases, Zillow, and Realtor websites. Enjoy benefits like paid time off, holiday bonuses, and a collaborative work environment. **Benefits:** - 2 weeks a year of personal paid time off - Additional 1 week paid time off for Christmas break - 4-day weekend for Easter (Paid for Maundy Thursday & Good Friday) - Annual bonus and potentially monthly bonuses depending on volume - Paid day off on your Birthday **Responsibilities:** -Fluent in English (speaking, writing, and typing) - Proficient in analyzing appraisal reports for quality control and error detection - Skilled in inputting adjustments for comparable sales and aiding in comparable sales selection - Knowledgeable in researching market trends and data - Familiarity with sales comparison approach and cost approach - Ability to provide commentary in appraisal reports - Willingness to assist all appraisers with administrative tasks, emails, data entry, and phone calls - Utilize data entry templates, and Appraisal report commentary - Working knowledge of: TOTAL appraiser software, Solomon Calculators (a plus if known/can be trained), Excel, Researching Public Records/Deeds, Tax Maps, Surveys, Aerial Maps, Google Maps, Real Estate Contracts, County Assessor Records, etc. - Use of MLS (Multiple Listing Service) for Comps, Photos, Market data, etc. - Familiarity with various appraisal adjustment methods (depreciated cost method, regression analysis, matched pairs, sensitivity analysis, forecast analysis, etc.) - Remote access via Splashtop - Client communication for calls/texts via Nextiva- Employee communication via Slack & Google Meet/Chat/Email - Familiarity with Zillow and Realtor websites/MLS searches - Assist with Appraisal Reports/Valuations/Workfiles/Revisions, Scheduling, Emails, Calls/Texts/Social Media messages, and any other tasks when possible- Must have a reliable computer and stable internet connection - At least 2 computer monitors recommended for efficiency **Apply Now** This job may be posted for several weeks before replying and for when interviews are set up (for those that qualify for interviews).
