Gear Elevation is seeking a skilled and creative TikTok and Pinterest Shop Manager to set up and manage our accounts on both platforms. The ideal candidate has experience in ecommerce and knows how to leverage social media to drive product visibility, engagement, and sales.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and fully optimize TikTok and Pinterest accounts for Gear Elevation.
- Manage and update product listings on TikTok and Pinterest Shops.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content tailored to our target audience.
- Develop strategies to increase brand visibility, audience engagement, and sales conversions.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns and improve results.
- Stay updated on platform trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to maintain competitiveness.

Requirements:
- Proven experience setting up and managing TikTok and Pinterest accounts, particularly for ecommerce brands.
- Strong understanding of social media strategies and best practices for both platforms.
- A creative approach to content creation with a focus on driving engagement and sales.
