## Job Description:
We're looking for a skilled VA to edit both short and long-form content for our influencer-led coaching business. The successful candidate will work directly with the company leader to create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

## Key Responsibilities:
- Edit and optimize video content for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
- Ensure all content aligns with our brand voice and aesthetic
- Meet tight deadlines and maintain a consistent posting schedule
- Collaborate closely with the company leader to execute content strategies

## Requirements:
- Proven experience in content editing for influencers or social media personalities
- Proficiency in video editing software
- Strong understanding of social media trends and best practices
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Ability to work full-time in the U.S. Eastern Time Zone
- Private, distraction-free workspace with high-speed internet connection
- Portfolio showcasing previous work in social media content editing

## What We Offer:
- Starting salary of $500 per month, with potential increase to $600 after the first month based on performance
